Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the following specifications to set forth the minimum requirements for plant material, specifically annuals for planting by volunteers for the Beautification of Sandy held in May of 2024. All unit bids shall either meet or exceed the technical specifications shown in order to be considered for award. Bids must be accompanied by a copy of the warranty or plant material. All plant material will be delivered to the Sandy City Parks Shop at 9120 South 700 East on May 10th , 2024 by 11:00 a.m. Plant material is to be first class representatives of their species or varieties, free from disfiguration and disease, with well-developed branch systems and vigorous and fibrous root systems. All plant material must be established 2024 stock.
