Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Naturalization Legal Services technical advisor will work with The Utah Center for Immigration & Integration (UCII) to develop an innovative approach to hybrid legal assistance to increase the accessibility of resources for naturalization throughout the state. The services will require working closely with local implementation partners to assess their capacity to provide naturalization services and to conduct naturalization screenings, outreach events, and case management for immigrants and their families to acquire the highest immigration status available, U.S. Citizenship. The technical advisor selected for this role must travel to locations around the state to host in-person workshops and assist with applications. The technical advisor must have worked and communicated effectively in a multicultural environment and with multilingual populations. The first phase of the Utah Citizenship Initiative is a planning phase followed by a 12-month implementation phase when naturalization legal services will begin.
