Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sole Source Justification: These are the exact products utilized within the Salt Lake Valley hospitals which the majority of our students are placed during the clinical placements and after graduation. UHealth and Internmountain Health, our two largest industry partners have requested that students be training on these specific machines within their time in the program to ensure they are prepared upon graduation to use this equipment. Students moving out of the area and into a facility not using this specific unit will still need training on high flow ventilation and will also benefit from utilizing this machine within their simulation experience on campus. Graduates who are familiar with specific equipment used in facilities will be better prepared and require less extensive and timely training
