Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope includes environmental CIP projects at Statewide Airports (SW) at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Kahului Airport (OGG), Hana Airport (HNM), Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA), Hilo International Airport (ITO), and Lihue Airport (LIH). The project scope includes closures of existing cesspools and replacement with Individual Wastewater System (IWS); closure of existing Underground Storage Tank (UST) and its appurtenances and replacement with new Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), replacement of existing Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG); removal and replacement of existing Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Training Pit; canopy removal, Oil/Water Separator replacement, and replacement of Tank Leak Detection Systems.
