Specifications include, but are not limited to: To produce, pack, and ship 'Welcome Boxes' to new online orientation students as needed. Approximately 1,600 first-year and transfer students will receive a box prior to the summer/fall semesters and approximately 250 incoming students will receive them ahead of the spring semester. Kitting and Shipping ISU will provide awarded supplier drawstring bags and pens to be included in boxes. Drawstring bags must be folded at bottom of bag. Letter must be on top when box is opened. All other items can be placed in the most efficient order to be determined by awarded supplier. Kitting must include red and yellow tissue paper or crinkle paper as shown in attachment. Box will be sealed shut with clear packing tape. Boxes will be sent out on a weekly basis as student addresses are received. Supplier will be responsible for coordinating the most cost-effective shipping method.
