Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) This scope of work establishes the minimum requirements for providing quarterly and seasonal inspections, scheduled maintenance, service, installation, and repairs for various HVAC equipment on County owned premises. b) HVAC service include but not limited to: i) Chill Water and Hot water piping and related equipment repair ii) Insulation Service/Pipe and Duct iii) A/C compressor repair and replacement iv) UL Lights/New install and replacement v) Air Compressor repairs vi) Temporary AC rental / lease of portable AC units vii) Pump Repairs and Replacement (Split Case, Inline) viii) Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Maintenance and Repair c) All work shall be in strict accordance with applicable International Mechanical Codes, Uniform Mechanical Codes, Federal and State and local municipalities, laws, rules, standards, and regulations. d) All work shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
