Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Each unit shall be fabricated of steel including walls, doors, and required parts. Steel shall be of a thickness needed for year-round public use. 2. Each unit shall be ADA compliant having exterior dimensions of 90-91 inches high, 60-67 inches wide, and a depth of 60-87 inches. 3. Each unit shall include a 10-12 inch opening at the bottom of the unit and said opening shall continue completely around the unit. 4. Each unit shall include a holding tank with a 150-gallon minimum. The tank shall include a vent stack, sized appropriately to vent the tank and toilet seat. 5. Each unit shall include a “sharps” container, trash can, toilet paper dispenser, and breakaway interior door latch. 6. Each unit should be fabricated in a manner that allows for mounting or placement on a concrete pad. The unit should also be constructed in a way that allows for it to be lifted by a crane, to be placed on a concrete pad.
