Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project management and Coordination Description: Initial Meeting. Contractor shall meet with the DNR within 5 business days of DNR requesting to confirm goals and expectations, and project timelines and to establish the communication network critical for the Projects’ success from inception through the design. Task 2: Delineation of the watershed boundary that contributes surface flow to the beach sand area (herein referred to as beach shed) of Big Creek and Brushy Creek Lake beaches Description: Contractor shall delineate the beachshed for both Big Creek and Brushy Creek Beaches. Task 3: Best Management Practices designs and estimate of probable costs. Description: Contractor shall evaluate and design BMP scenarios to treat stormwater within the beachshed, quantify the estimated stormwater reductions from each practice and estimate probable costs for the project at Big Creek and Brushy Creek State Parks. Task 4: Additional Services Description: Any such additional service shall be subject to the hourly rate proposed by the Contractor as part of this response. Additional services may include, but are not limited to, work described in Task 1 through Task 5 associated with the Project, given a DNR decision to pursue additional services. Claims made for reimbursement for these services under any resulting contract shall be subject to a work authorization approved by the DNR under the contract for such additional services. Task 5: Final Report Description: Contractor Shall produce a report outlining the findings of the project and all data associated with the completion of the study to DNR in a electronic format approved by DNR.
