Specifications include, but are not limited to: s Trench plate rentals shall usually be picked-up by the City at the Contractor's location unless the delivery option is ordered as stated in Attachment 2 BID SCHEDULE. Billing for rentals shall be at prices stated in Attachment 2 BID SCHEDULE and shall be charged at the lesser of the daily rate, the weekly rate, or the monthly rate. The City may need as many as 40 plates at any one time. Rental requests for fully coated and maintained trench plates shall be fulfilled within 4 hours after receipt of an order, from the time the order is placed to either pick-up or delivery. Rental time can range from a few days to 2 months or more. Trench plate rental pick-up location shall be no less than a ten (10) minute drive time with traffic from the Interstate Campus at 664 N Tillamook St. Portland, OR 97224. Contractor shall deliver purchased plates within 30 calendar days of receipt of order. Plates provided for resurfacing shall be resurfaced and ready for pick-up by the City within 30 calendar days of receipt by the Contractor.
