Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror shall: 1.1. Provide expertise and management of automated ticketing services in several areas that include but are not limited to the following: ticket distribution, management of automated ticket distribution services, software, installation of network computers and field devices, training, data conversion, support and implementation. 1.2. Provide ticketing options appropriate for events at the Phoenix Convention Center, Orpheum Theatre and Symphony Hall. Determining whether an event is ticketed or non-ticketed is at the discretion of the City. 1.3. Provide installation schedules, design drawings and other information as requested by City. 1.4. Be responsible of the included but are not limited to those set forth below and those normally related to the management of automated ticket distribution services.
