Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Evidence of successful completion of at least one government project with the same solution. 1.a. Provide a state agency reference that you have previously sold this same solution to. 2. Provide assistance during outages or unplanned downtime. 2.a. Offer onsite phone Installation and Training. 2.b. Offer equipment maintenance and repairs. 3. The vendor shall provide local support agent to respond during Hawaii business time, between 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Dedicate account manager for all service related questions. 4. Installation and other miscellaneous needed during the VOIP transition shall be included. 5. If unit replacement is required, response time shall be no more that 3 days.
