Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tahlequah Wellness Center is a new 75,000 square foot 2-story facility and part of a 5.75-acre development. The facility will house a fitness center, daycare, administration office space, and a large lobby for users to congregate and enjoy. The fitness center includes two basketball courts, weight and cardio areas, studios, batting cages, locker rooms, and a running track. The 2-story wellness area will be a pre-engineered metal building with the remaining building being constructed of structural steel and light gage metal trusses. The anticipated exterior finishes will be made up of masonry veneer, metal panel, exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), and include storefront glazing systems. Each function of the facility will be conditioned by roof top mechanical units; air delivery in the gymnasium will be via fabric ducts. Roofing systems will be standing seam metal roofing with a small portion of the roof being TPO roofing membrane system.
