Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Install two (2) new dugouts in the same location with the existing slab. 2. Contractor must provide structural review to ensure that all structural members are to be sized and reviewed by professional engineer or architect licensed in the state of Kentucky using the latest international building code loads used in the State of Kentucky. 3. See attached drawings for details on concrete, structural steel, roof, block and other construction materials and design features. All material sizes and dimensions should match dugout details. 4. Provide complete site restoration for any and all construction disturbed areas with topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and straw etc. to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Director. Contractor must water seed and straw area for at least 30 days or until vegetation is established. 5. Dugouts should be built identical to the recently installed ballfield dugouts at the ball fields near Great Crossing Park and the Great Crossing High School on Betsy Way Road, Georgetown, KY, as shown in Detail 8 in the specifications below. 6. Quote should be Lump Sum, complete in place per the drawings and specifications. All measurements and layout of the site are the responsibility of the contractor, and vendor is required to field measure all wall sections prior to submitting a quote to verify quantities. The successful contractor must verify all dimensions and payment to the contractor will be based upon the field measurements. Contractor shall remove and haul away existing materials from site. Please include this cost in Item #1 line item on the Vendor Response Form. Contractor shall coordinate the construction schedule with City representatives as needed once the field is in use for practice and games.
