Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Comprehensive LEED consulting services required to achieve LEED certification: Coordination of the entire accreditation process to achieve LEED certification including submission of all required credit and scorecard information. Facilitate and/or attend LEED focused meetings with Design Professional, Owners, and Contractors. Provide team members with research assistance, LEED forms/templates, materials and resources during design and construction activities to enable successful certification. The consultant will be responsible for all communication to USGBC regarding applications, certifications, clarifications or any appeals that are required. 2. LEED Energy Modeling: Three dimensional energy simulations/models of proposed building designs to meet LEED scorecard requirements (may be performed by sub-consultant contracted under the LEED Consultant): This shall include providing recommendations/advisement on building design components that contribute to LEED certification goals. The consultant shall be required to test design options via simulations for compliance as related to the scorecard and building performance. 3. LEED Daylight and Artificial light Modeling (may be performed by sub-consultant contracted under the LEED Consultant): This shall include providing recommendations/advisement on building design components that contribute to LEED certification goals, specifically, natural and artificial lighting, glare and reflectivity simulations. The consultant shall be required to test artificial/daylighting, glare and reflectivity design options via simulations for compliance as related to the scorecard and building performance. 4. LEED Building Acoustical Analysis/ Testing (may be performed by sub-consultant contracted under the LEED Consultant): This shall include providing recommendations/advisement on building design components that contribute to LEED certification goals, specifically, acoustical properties of proposed construction, interior surfaces and finishes, HVAC components, and building envelope as related to Sound Transmission Class (STC) analysis. The consultant shall be required to test acoustical properties via calculations for compliance as related to the scorecard and building performance.
