Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to obtain quota�ons from vendors for the purchase of network switch equipment for four of our facili�es. Many of our switches are nearing end of life; this project is the first step in upda�ng that old equipment. These par�cular switches will be replacing exis�ng ones that have been in service for 5 years or more at South Middle School, Allen Dale Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, and the Maintenance/Food Service office. South needs five 48 port switches and four 10 Gig SFPs. Allen Dale needs two 48 port switches and two 10 Gig SFPs. Lincoln needs two 48 port switches and two 10 Gig SFPs. Maintenance needs two 12 port fanless switches and 2 10 Gig SFPs. All switches should include rack mount hardware and the appropriate cables to configure them in a virtual chassis.
