The vendor shall deliver publications and textbooks in one or more of the formats listed below: • Paperback Books • Reference Books • Hardback Books • Magazines • Digital/Electronic Books Interested vendors may specialize by subject area and must identify the types of publications offered for each subject area. Thus, for example, a vendor might specialize in scientific and technical publications and might supply scholarly, textbooks, audio-visual, non-English language, association press, and electronic publications. The vendor shall provide a solution to coordinate orders simultaneously by generating account identification and delivery tracking systems for multiple K-12 District schools. During high-volume ordering periods, the vendor(s) shall be capable of maintaining stock, and storage, to meet deadlines with at least a 75% performance accuracy during the contract term.
