Specifications include, but are not limited to: System Requirements General • Software‐as‐a‐service (SaaS) model • Software upgrade responsibility lies with software company Payment Processing Payment processors used with the system must be compatible with and able to work with Bank of America as the acquiring bank. Ability to manage and sell performance tickets for events with assigned seating • Ability for Mondavi Center to control handling fees on an event, ticket type, season, and order level (e.g. subscription orders have a per order fee and single ticket sales have a per ticket fee, and we need the ability to waive handling fees for various constituencies) • The ability to split ticket prices on the back end for certain touring companies with VIP ticketing products • Ability to collect guest contact information on shared/forwarded mobile tickets • Ability to easily build and rollout promotions and on‐sales across various constituencies, timelines and discount values • Ability to hide private events from public event listings (aka not publish to website) • Efficient household management that allows linking of email addresses to transaction information • Ability to serve and communicate with patrons who do not have email addresses • Quick onboarding/short learning curve for staff to begin using the software productively
