Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Cleaning of all exterior windows, shade covers and canopies on all floors attached to the building B. Water used shall be filtered to prohibit water spots on windows when finished cleaning C. Remove all cobwebs, bird nests (prior approval needed before nest removals) and foreign debris D. All debris dropped from the building during cleaning shall be cleaned up and removed from campus and hauled off by contractor E. Remove foreign debris and vegetation from building roofs and roofs drains F. Remove exterior window screens, clean and re install G. Clean building gutters and seal any exposed gutter seams to prevent leaks H. Aerial lifts and aerial platform equipment shall have non marking tires or tire socks to prevent marks on campus concrete I. Any marks left by equipment shall be removed at contractor’s expense J. Note and report any building damage observed during cleaning to UC Facilities Management
