Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent is to award a term contract for the purchase of asphalt materials. he City requires the option to pick up hot mix asphalt from the supplier or schedule tons per hour delivery of asphalt. Supplier trucks should be available for the City daily based on average requirements and should be released only if the City has not requested a delivery for the following day. The City will notify the Supplier before noon of the day preceding delivery of the quantity of material required. Deliveries are not to be broken into separate delivery days: i.e., if the City orders two hundred (200) tons of material, then all two hundred (200) tons of material must be delivered on the same day.
