Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, administration and supervision to perform all operations necessary to implement a preventative maintenance (PM) program, repair, or install powered automatic door systems for Citywide departments, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained herein. 1. The resultant agreement will prolong the life of automatic doors and other related equipment by providing a preventative maintenance program, initiating quick responses to repair requests and replace existing door systems, as necessary. 2. The automatic door systems shall be Code compliant, American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) certified and capable of maintaining a secure environment for staff and citizens. 3. The contractor shall be responsible for procuring all required permits. The City shall pay the permit fee. In all cases, Contractor shall timely notify the ordering department in the event permits are required and may interfere with accomplishment of repairs or maintenance. 4. The City shall have the ability to add or subtract facilities or doorways as needed.
