Specifications include, but are not limited to: CIFD is looking for a vendor to build a replacement for CIFD’s legacy case management system that supports CIFD and its nonprofit partners to track participants in CIFD’s FamilySource Centers, Domestic Violence Shelter Operators programs, and specially targeted programs. CIFD is seeking a vendor to build and implement new systems on ServiceNow or Salesforce, to assist CIFD in meeting grantor data collection requirements, enhance accessibility, and improve internal data analysis. Up to $500,000 is available for this project. • End users can access the portal by phone, tablet, or computer. • Secure access is mandatory to protect confidentiality. • End users may search for clients already served in the FSS network. • End users may prescreen eligibility based on the client's address. • End users may complete all mandatory demographic and intake information. • Possess the ability to schedule appointments with clients. • Create unique identifiers for clients. • Possess the ability to track benefit eligibility and participation. • Possess the ability to record and track referral data (i.e. type, status, and follow-up). • Possess the ability to track services and outcomes. • Demonstrate the capability to meticulously monitor reporting requirements and manage service funding expenditures, categorizing them by their respective program funding sources. • Possess document and file uploading capabilities. • Possess the ability for the City to add case notes for any client in order to document the client’s progress in the program. • Possess the ability to create and modify client assessment forms. • Possess the ability to create and modify client assessment forms with weighted scoring.
