Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform searches to identify and determine the title status and history of all real estate parcels in which certain persons (“Subjects”) held an ownership interest at any time from January 1, 2018, to the present (“Relevant Period”), located in the following counties: • Camden County, Missouri; • Cass County, Missouri; • Jackson County, Missouri; • Platte County, Missouri; • Douglas County, Kansas; • Johnson County, Kansas; • Wyandotte County, Kansas; or • other counties in Kansas or Missouri as designated by the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner (“KSC”). The KSC believes the total number of applicable real estate parcels in investigated cases to be at least 50 to 60.
