Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Washington County District Attorney’s (DA’s) Office is issuing a request for proposals for the facilitation of a weekly responsible thinking group, utilizing a curriculum called Changing Offender Behavior from The Change Companies, for veterans participating in the Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). The Washington County DA’s Office will be utilizing funds from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Enhancement grant awarded to our VTC program, currently scheduled to expire September 30, 2026 (with the potential to be extended by one year) to fund both the purchase of curriculum materials (interactive journals for participants and the facilitators guide), and the weekly facilitation of treatment groups.
