Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installation, which is to include all transportation and labor necessary to deliver, unload and install the required products inside the designated area within the project location as listed in the solicitation. If the successful bidder chooses to use an independent shipper, arrangements must be made in advance to complete unloading and delivery inside the designated area without any district personnel assistance. There are NO loading docks at the delivery location; the successful bidder will need to ensure delivery will not require a loading dock. Failure to make necessary arrangements will result in refusal of the shipment. Such refusal shall not obligate ASD1 to any charges in excess of the stated bid proposal.
