Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Acquire easements needed for the project in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA) •Review easement exhibits for accuracy •Perform title searches to confirm property ownership •Prepare final easement documents – the City of Gallatin will provide a standard agreement to be modified •Valuation of easement area, including possible improvements such as tree removal, fence reinstall, etc. •Present documents to property owners and negotiate on behalf of the City of Gallatin, Portland, Westmoreland, and the Castalian Springs Bethpage Water Utility District Evaluation criteria for each SOQ shall include consideration of the following factors: 1.Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements 2.Specific experience on similar projects 3.Overall project approach 4.Strength of team credentials
