The enclosed trailers will be purchased over a two (2) year contract period. Vendor will provide the following items: Carry-On 5’x10’ enclosed trailer Model Number 5X10CGR or *Equal. Order Quantity: 80 units over 2-year period. Specifications: 5’X10’ Enclosed Trailer; Rear drop-down loading ramp; Side Door; Floor Mounted Cargo tie downs; Single 3,500 LB E-Z Lube Idler Axle to include a 4 drop from STR Axle; ¾ Plywood Walls; Minimum of 2,000 LBS Payload Capacity. ¾ inch plywood floor; 2-inch A-Frame Tongue extension; LED Lighting package; Top Wind Jack; Minimum interior height of 62” tall; Rounded cargo trailer roof; Trailers shall come with a 3-year structural warranty. The structure is that portion of the trailer, which includes the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, side posts and exterior walls, roof rails and bows, and the sub-frame, excluding the floorboards and running gear. In addition to, all other components (electrical, lights, mechanical jacks, fiberglass, doors, sealants, locks, and couplers) arising from normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. All replacement parts shall be of OEM Standards and supplier shall securely store and properly care for state-owned trailers during repairs. Warranty period shall start when the state takes ownership at the destination location.
