Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive High Schools: The District is seeking to contract with vendor(s) to provide a graduation venue facility rental for our eleven (11) comprehensive high school graduations and our digital academy totaling 12 ceremonies. The end-of-year graduations are held in May. In past years, they have been held on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, often those days falling before Memorial Day weekend. Historically, the District has held four ceremonies on Tuesday and Wednesday and six on Thursday. Each high school graduation ceremony is not to exceed 90 minutes, with no less than one hour between ceremonies.
