Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Provider shall provide twelve (12) point five zero (.50) Full Time Equivalent ("FTE") or six (6) FTE Youth Peer Specialists, one (1) FTE Coordinator, and one (1) FTE Manager. The Youth Peer Specialists shall provide one-to-one (1-1) peer support for CAMHD clients on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii. Provider shall make available activities and groups that would provide youth with information and strategies around trauma and grief, including music and art and other recreational strategies, as well as social, community service, and cultural activities to build relationships and healing. The selected Provider shall also be responsible for providing one (1) point five zero (.50) FTE staff who shall work on the Youth Peer Support curriculum and training for Youth Peer Specialist certification. The staff person shall also research resources for the Youth Peer Specialist program.
