Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will make modifications to improve the offices of Psychology Contact Care, and Graduate Teaching Assistants; Geography Teaching labs; and School of Art Studio, as well as add new faculty offices. This work will include: • Abatement, • Selective demolition which could include ceilings, lights, sinks, plumbing. • Updating flooring: refinishing, polishing, or providing carpet and cove base. • Install new ceiling and lighting and electrical. • Rework and repair mechanical systems to suit new spaces, including installing VAV boxes, moving ducts and diffusers, replacing as needed, and all other associated work. • Patch and paint walls, doors and door frames. • Install cabinetry and lab cases, and other furnishings and equipment as needed. • Provide exhaust and controls for a dark room. • Make Minor changes to data infrastructure to meet the needs of the renovations in the project.
