Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Furnish and install concrete improvements per the plans, bid schedule, and details including the following requirements: i. Concrete Tee Pads (20 Total) 1. Size = 6’x13’, 5” concrete over 6” compacted base course, per Draper City Specification Division 3, including: a. Clearing, grubbing, and grading necessary for the top of tee pads to be approximately 2” above surrounding ground surface. b. Excess dirt, from excavations, may be graded out on-site, as directed by City. ii. 24” Disc Basket Ground Sleeves (27 Base Bid Total, 28 Additive Alternate Bid Total) 1. Placed in concrete (or approved expanding foam post mix) and round irrigation box per detail. 2. Contractor to provide concrete (or expanding foam post mix) and irrigation box. 3. City to provide 24” ground sleeve for contractor installation. 4. Basket, pole, and lock to be provided and installed by others. b. The contractor shall coordinate tee and basket ground sleeve locations in the field with city staff. i. Locations to be marked in the field by others c. All work shall meet Draper City Standards and Specifications, including the following requirements: i. Contractor shall restore all disturbed areas to their original state ii. Contractor shall take measures to protect existing improvements and shall replace any damaged improvements that become damaged due to the contractor’s negligence. iii. The surrounding trails will be in use during the construction period. Contractor shall maintain access to non-impacted areas at all times. iv. Contractor shall protect work and secure materials. v. Contractor shall be responsible for contacting Blue Stakes for the marking of existing utilities prior to any construction. vi. Contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on the work.
