Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. On a yearly basis, conduct overall service & maintenance on Clemson University’s GCA ALS Optical Stepper. Service and maintenance to include but not limited to: a. Documentation b. Analysis c. Recommendation(s) d. A final report for each visit B. Minimum of three (3) service visits expected per year to be utilized for planned, unplanned, preventative repair and maintenance work. C. On-the-job training and applications work shall be performed during each visit. D. All service visits will be by appointment only and must be coordinated by Clemson University and the vendor. E. Vendor must provide telephone/email support 7 days a week. F. Clemson University will supply any parts that may be required during servicing, maintenance, and/or repair. G. Vendor will be responsible for all tools and equipment needed for troubleshooting and/or testing. H. Vendor may be allowed to recommend parts for onsite consignment with the approval of Clemson University. All consignment needs (if any) will occur after award and will be paid for by Clemson University. I. A $/hour rate shall be captured in this bid for any services performed by Vendor that is outside of the scope of this contract. J. Roles and responsibilities of Clemson University and of the Offeror must be clear in the proposal.
