Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Phoenix Union High School District is in the process of requiring our classified (non-certificated) employees and others to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. PXU is seeking to contract with a qualified firm that can provide these fingerprinting services for individuals identified by our Talent (Human Resources) Division. There are currently approximately 500 employees that have been identified as needed to complete this process. The awarded vendor must be able to provide the following services: Mobile on-site fingerprinting at various campus/sites within the District. With the exception of the Center for Educational Excellence Location, mobile on-site services will only be required once per location. The Center for Educational Excellence will have one initial mobile on-site date with 3 additional scheduled make-up dates/times. Mobile on-site fingerprinting services will be scheduled for multiple District sites on different dates. Collection of fingerprints. Provide the Chain-of-Custody needed for the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). Provide the DPS application for each fingerprinted employee. The ability to submit fingerprinting and DPS application to DPS for approval. Reprints: Should a fingerprint card be returned by DPS as illegible, the awarded vendor shall reprint that individual “free of charge”. Vendor shall either provide with their proposal response, the location(s) of a free-standing facility where reprinting can be accomplished, or be willing to schedule a date/time to deploy the mobile on-site unit to the Center for Educational Excellence for reprinting of the employee(s).
