Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City does not guarantee it will purchase adult softball trophies as listed in the line items. The adult league trophies may or may not be ordered in whole or in part during the year. Orders can be 0-30 sets annually. Adult Softball Trophies: • Adult league trophies may include (per set) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for 1-30 leagues/divisions. • Typically, we order mid-June, delivered early July; then again late September, delivered in mid-October. • Plates must include 3-4 lines of print, to be provided by the City staff. Identify which method will be used to apply names and other information on the plate (engraved or photo electronic). • A labeled sample of first place trophies must be submitted with the proposal (up to three different styles can be submitted). Include description of hardware or column height. • Samples will be returned to the proposer after award has been made. Please include contact information for the person who will pick up the samples or include a return label. The proposer is responsible for all costs related to samples.
