Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pictures for league games provided by Sandy Recreation. Digital flyers must be provided to notify participants of picture date, time, location, make-up dates, etc. Supply a sample digital flyer with your proposal and method of flyer delivery. Picture schedules will be generated by the proposer based on league game schedules provided by Sandy Recreation. Picture times should be within 30 minutes of each team's game start/end time. Picture schedules will be expected within one week of the proposer receiving game schedules. Online schedules will be considered if site location is secure. Pictures will be taken at numerous locations for a variety of different sports. An adequate staff is necessary to accommodate the volume of participants at each location. It is possible that more than one location will be photographed on the same date (up to 14 teams per hour). Prompt delivery is an important part of this program. Picture dates will include Saturdays at multiple locations. A detailed list of options and methods of delivery must be included in this proposal. All revenue from sales will be collected by the proposer and a percentage of the proper's fee will be paid to the City. Access to additional photos must also be made available at a later date. Proposer must take a team picture showing the program sponsor logo (logo usually printed on back of players jersey), for up to 250 teams during the spring season. Proposer is responsible to deliver photos to each individual player. Proposer must have the ability to shoot pictures under covered pavilions in the park in case of inclement weather.
