Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor shall provide snack and drink vending machines in public lobby area. One of each is required. 2. Vendor shall provide the option for Division to either provide both snack and drink vending machines in staff areas or the option to insert a “scan and go” aka “micro market” (or something equivocal) in these areas. These markets should include fresh fruit, fresh sandwiches, and more options than just snacks and drinks. Those areas include: a. Drink only near 1st floor elevator; employee area b. Snack and drink in Shift Command; employee area c. “Scan and go” option (refer to items requested above in #2) in Officer’s Dining Room; employee area d. “Scan and go” option (refer to items requested above in #2) in Intake Officer’s break area; employee area 3. Vendor shall restock these areas at a minimum of twice per week to keep an adequate inventory for purchase and shall include the restocking schedule in their proposal. 4. All machines shall be kept in good working order. 5. All repair calls shall be addressed within 24 hours. 6. All machines must be cleaned on an as needed basis. 7. All expiration dates on foods must be clearly visible and stock should be rotated and removed as necessary. 8. Responding vendor must provide proven previous account history reflecting the ability to service an account of this size. 9. Vendor shall provide a method for recovery of monies lost in machines by customers. 10.All vending machines must be capable of accepting bills, dispensing appropriate change, and accepting debit/credit cards for purchases
