Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of an existing building (approximately 7,200sf) on both the interior and exterior to create a “white box” for the future tenant to renovate to accommodate their specific needs. A large portion of site paving will be replaced and new utilities run to the building including electrical and data. New concrete pads will be installed on the exterior for future HVAC units as well as a generator. This equipment will be installed by the future tenant. Most of the interior will be gutted with the construction of a new restroom, electrical room and janitor’s closet while the remainder of the building will be open and finished to a white box level in anticipation of another project renovating the interior of the building to operate as the Cellular DAS Building. The fire sprinkler system will remain as a wet system and only minimal changes to the existing HVAC system are part of this project. This project is on Landside and it is not anticipated that DFW badges will be required for construction.
