Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1. Contractors must provide new evaporative coolers and related parts on an as needed basis. Installation and labor are not required for this solicitation. This solicitation is for equipment only. 4.1.2. Contractors must provide new equipment in original packaging. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted. 4.1.3. Products must be of commercial grade and quality. All bid items are “or equivalent”. Equivalent submissions for items listed must be accompanied by brand and product number. 4.1.4. Contractors must supply supporting documentation showing specifications to allow Pima County to review before providing approval. 4.1.5. Products must be provided with cabinet, pad(s), motor and clamps, power cords, belts, adjustable sheave, and blower pulley (motor and fan) pump and internal water distribution components. 4.1.6. External piping, electrical disconnects, leg kits or other support structure must be purchased separately. 4.1.7. Depending on the application, various voltage and motor sizes will be required. Specific requirements must be provided at the time of purchase. 4.1.8. Quotes for items not on contract must be provided within 48 hours.
