Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. General Specifications 4.1.1.Contractor shall provide Proteus MX Radios and Antenna System as specified in the Bid List. No substitutions will be accepted. 4.1.2.County will request a quote for equipment and/or installation from Contractor which Contractor must provide to County via email within five (5) working days. County will issue a DO to Contractor, based on the quote, via email. Contractor must confirm all orders via email within one (1) day of receiving order and provide County an estimated shipping date. In the event a product is unavailable, Contractor must notify County immediately. 4.1.3.Contractor will call County at (520) 724-7200 no less than five (5) business days prior to scheduling installation and maintenance services. Contractor must be escorted to the sites by a PCWIN employee. 4.1.4.System acceptance will be based on the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). 4.2. Item Specifications 4.2.1.Equipment must be Proteus MX Native TDM and native Ethernet/IP Transport Radio, 66Hz. 4.2.2.Items received that are determined to be incorrect, or damaged will be returned to Contractor at no cost to County. 4.2.3.Equipment will be supported by a 3-year Lifecycle Support Services (LSS) Program at no additional charge to the County. Such services will include Proteus MX Radios extended warranty and Proteus MX premium 24/7 phone support. 4.2.4.The product warranty shall include return and repair of all manufactured equipment.
