Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia State Police Purchasing Section is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for laboratory procedures during In-Service Training for active members as well as recruits. The In-Service Training will require the vendor to provide enough staff and supplies to collect specimens once per week starting in the first week of February and ending in the first week of June. This will be an approximate total of six hundred (600) people per year. The vendor must also be available on an as needed basis for testing recruits. This will be approximately one hundred (100) people per year. The testing will take place at the West Virginia State Police Academy located at 135 Academy Dr. Dunbar, WV 25064.
