Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Exterior Power Spraying: Shall be performed on an as needed basis to create a wider chemical barrier for the insects to cross before reaching the building. Power spraying shall be done around each building standard to the industry, kitchen docks, trash areas and include hills as founded. 4.2. Boric Acid Treatment: All cracks and crevices for the elimination and control of Roach infestation in kitchen areas. Each treatment shall consist of three (3) applications of boric acid over a predetermined period of time with guaranteed results. 4.3. Termite Treatment Control 4.4. Fogging Service: all areas including the kitchen areas when requested 4.5. Gopher and Ground squirrel control 4.6. Treatment of Sewers (manholes) for roaches and crickets 4.7. Bees, Africanized and domestic 4.8. Snake removal 4.9. Wall and attic baiting for rodent control 4.10. Plumbing Chases Dusting: Contractor shall treat the plumbing for the control of roaches on as needed basis. (Price shall be per linear foot)
