Specifications include, but are not limited to: General System Requirements • Ability to enter/track assessments, observations, checkpoints data for child, access current curriculum, communicate with families and export data via reports and/or dashboard • Support online applications/enrollment to streamline process • Provide integration with other systems (School Messenger, Teaching Strategies, PowerSchool, etc.) • Support storing and retrieving external documents that can be associated with a child, a class, instructor, etc. • Tracks internal audit/monitoring reviews to ensure data completeness for reporting and continuous improvement efforts • Increase team collaboration through appropriate, unified access to Head Start data Enrollment & Attendance Requirements • Captures and tracks child and family demographics (including eligibility income) • Maintains an enrollment “waitlist” based on a point or priority scale • Tracks child attendance (sign-in/sign-out/late pickup) • Supports collection of external documents from parent/guarding application process Reporting & Data Analytics Requirements • Provide a comprehensive set of pre-defined reports representing key system activities (enrollment, roster, curriculum, events, etc.) • Provide a tool for data visualization and ad hoc reporting • Ability to generate the annual PIR document • Tracks key metrics for staff demographics • Tracks parameters for ongoing monitoring of Head Start protocols CCDF Administration & Billing Requirements • Supports online applications (and review process) for CCDF program with data validation • Provide reports displaying children active in each program • Consolidate child, parent, and provider related data • Provide the ability to format inputs into our PeopleSoft financial system • Generate custom reports supporting ACF-700 Tribal Annual report along with CCDF Annual report Special Education Requirements • Support data integration with external systems (ASQ’s Ages and Stages and other IEP systems) • Provide access to IEP data to appropriate staff • Provide alerts and notifications due dates for evaluations and plans • Provide IEP data for inclusion in the annual PIR
