Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor’s Responsibilities 4.1. The Contractor shall notify the Department immediately for any changes that affect the supply and delivery of materials. 4.2. The Contractor shall guarantee the performance of all the products to meet the following requirements: 4.2.1. UPM Bulk material shall remain workable to accommodate climatic conditions, when ordered and stored in an uncovered stockpile of thirty (30) tons or more, for a period of not less than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. 4.2.2. UPM Bagged material shall remain workable to accommodate climatic conditions, when ordered and stored uncovered in original packaging, for a period of not less than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. 4.2.3. Aguapatch bulk material shall remain workable to accommodate climatic conditions, when ordered and stored in a covered stockpile, for a period of not less than five (5) months from the date of delivery. 4.2.4. Aquapatch Bagged material shall remain workable to accommodate climatic conditions, when ordered and stored covered in original packaging, for a period of not less than five (5) months from the date of delivery. 4.2.5. The roadway repaired with this material shall not show any significant signs of shoving, rutting, tracking, kick-up, or ravel-out within a period of twelve (12) months from the time of repair.
