Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1. Supply all labor, labor burdens, personnel, materials, services, permits, reports, insurance, administrative support, transportation, vehicles, fuel cost, etc., and all other items of expense required to provide and deliver mineral rock for the location(s) specified herein. 2.1.2. Provide at a minimum the following types mineral rock on an as needed, when needed basis: 2.1.2.1. One and a half inch (1-1/2”) minus mineral rock 2.1.2.2. Quarter inch (1/4”) minus mineral rock 2.1.3. Provide a minimum of thirty (30) minutes for stand-by delivery prior to charging additional standby time. Time begins when the delivery truck reaches the job site, not when the delivery truck reaches the institution.
