Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.4.1 Food products Provide a wide variety of quality food products from categories including but not limited to: Grocery: dry, refrigerated, frozen; Breads and other baked goods; Beverages; Dairy; Meat and Poultry; and Fresh Produce. Food products should be offered for consistent purchase and notification given to County if products are discontinued. A new or non-catalog food product shall be made available to the County contingent that County agrees to purchase at a quantity feasible for the Proposer to maintain a level of inventory. 2.4.2 Related supplies Offer additional food related supplies including but not limited to paper products and disposables, small wares, serving equipment, and tabletop items. 2.4.3 Technology Provide technological solutions to support the County Culinary Program operations. This would include tools for food inventory management, food cost management, recipe calculation and an online ordering portal. Provide personalized onsite training and support for these tools as needed by County. 2.4.4 Services Deliver food and other related supplies ordered by County on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Assign County a dedicated representative for account management that will promptly respond to product issues or answer County questions.
