Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quotes will be for both the structure (Base Quote) and the alternative structure (Alternate 1). Washington County will contract with supplier to deliver ONE PRCTSS only. Manufacture three-sided structure in maximum length of 8’ sections. Three-sided structure details shown on attached sheets. Include joint sealant materials, shims, mounting hardware, and other incidentals in quote. Bid includes engineering support and design services. Bid includes cost of storage at manufacturing site until contractor is ready for installation. Threesided structure will be installed between July 15 and September 30, 2024. Bid includes cost of delivery to Project Site: NW Stringtown Road, near the intersection of NW Sylvia Lane and NW Stringtown Road. Latest delivery date estimated at August 1, 2024. FOB delivery to project site. Coordinate with contractor. Upon acceptance of quote, manufacturer shall provide shop drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer. Shop drawings shall include applicable design standards, material specifications, and details for storage, handling, lifting, and delivery.
