Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant may be responsible for planning and programming, coordination for system development and demolition of existing systems, schematic design, design development, construction documents, requests for proposals/quotes, construction bidding, construction observation and administration, and construction punch list and closeout. The consultant shall assist the County in attaining its Security Objectives, including but not limited to, maintenance agreements, analysis and recommendations, narrative reports, budgets and facility improvements, as needed. Security objectives may include but are not limited to: camera systems, access control, intrusion detection, and physical security, among others. Collaboration and coordination with additional County vendors whenever and wherever necessary. Progressively detailed, professional cost estimating whenever necessary.
