Specifications include, but are not limited to: partner with our schools and district to provide high-quality, rigorous academic programming which prepares our students to be successful in their next phase of life. We would like to partner with organizations that promote excellence and equity in academic programming that national and international post-secondary institutions recognize by awarding course credit to students while they are in high school. The district’s goal is to build a continuum of learning from elementary school through high school, focusing on developing strong academic proficiency and inquiry alongside soft skills that lead to secondary school and postsecondary success.; The academic organization should provide a comprehensive program to include courses/curricular frameworks, assessments, services and supports that provide opportunities for students to demonstrate college readiness with the potential to earn postsecondary credit. The curricular program should encompass course audits and external assessments to validate student results. The programming of the courses should support and encourage learner potential by challenging students to inquire skillfully, think critically and reflect meaningfully. Students should be able to engage in learning across all content areas with an informed curiosity that will equip them to succeed in their future endeavors. Programs with a strong language component from the early years of elementary school through high school are preferred. Programs with a Pre-K component are preferred.
