Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Davis Technical College EMT/Fire program is in need of embroidery and screen printing services for its student provided uniforms of approximately 100 students per year. In addition to uniforms, vendor is to provide walk-in in service to students for optional purchase of other College logoed clothing items. This agreement will be for 5 years. Prices provided are firm for the initial three (3) years from contract effective date. After initial three-year term, price adjustments may be made; however, any request for a price adjustment must be made in writing no more than 120 days and no less than 60 days from the anniversary date of agreement effective date to be considered. If a written request is made outside the approved submission window it will not be considered. Price increases cannot exceed three percent (3%) per year.
