Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected proposer(s) and any identified sub-provider(s) must be able to provide the MAC with the services outlined below as needed/requested. The MAC would accept a proposal that combines the services of more than one provider, so long as a lead provider is identified and will be responsible for the completion of services for the entire project and the individuals on the team supporting the MAC are identified. All payments will be made to the lead provider who will bear responsibility for paying any and all sub-providers. 1. Project Management: a. Under the direction of MAC staff, provide staffing to supplement MAC staff to lead or support projects, various meetings and/or initiatives b. Work effectively with MAC cross-functional staff and other consultants who are engaged in different activities related to sustainability programs and projects 2. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve 2030 board approved sustainability goals and MAC strategic plan goals: c. Support implementation and analysis of bi-annual employee engagement sustainability, which is the tool used to measure the employee engagement goal d. Provide expertise, input and support to develop roadmaps to achieve the 2030 goals – including data analysis and reporting e. Provide needed expertise that is not available from MAC staff, either due to specialized knowledge or capacity constraints. This includes current topics such as climate resilience, emissions reduction, life cycle management, community engagement, waste management, purchasing, transportation, behavior change and rapidly emerging and developing topics, such as buy backs, SAF, electrical aviation and embodied carbon f. Provide input into grants and sponsorship proposals and government appropriation applications by providing specific technical and other expertise g. Provide independent recommendations and analysis of project ideas for staff to consider h. Knowledge of climate impacts and vulnerabilities and experience with developing strategies to mitigate and address
