Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide labor, materials, equipment, and services to remove the existing unit and furnish and install a new natural gas generator to support the Data Center, and Kitchen and Dining areas on the ground floor, and the main stairwell from first to third floors. a. Remove existing diesel generator. i. Verify the current natural gas line location and size and run to generator pad for connection. 1. If current natural gas feed is not available, Contractor is to install a new line for generator. ii. Provide a new concrete pad to fit new generator if current pad is insufficient in size and structure. iii. Relocate condensing unit(s) as needed to accommodate the new generator footprint. b. Furnish and install new natural gas generator with the following specifications: i. Approximately 150kW. ii. 277/480 VAC 3-phase 60 HZ. iii. Shall include automatic transfer switch. c. If existing fence is disturbed or damaged, the fence is to be replaced with new black post chain-link fencing with black vinyl inserts.
